The surfrider foundation has been create in 1984 thanks to a group of surfers. They were tired to surf on waste. Since 1990, Surfrider foundation Europe exists, a no-profit association, with volunteers who like to surf or just, as me, Nature lovers !

In Marseille, Surfrider , every month, gather waste, do sensitization, without forget the big action day, on may, 2, 2010. You can, if you want, engage you in the association. You can give a donation or become an adherent volunteer and act on the ground.
You can sign petition. There is one again the macro-waste: Here. (because yes, the plastic waste, as for example, plastic bag or bottles are not considered by the law as “waste”…Amazing no?)
