Installation Title: “The parallel world of the distant galaxy”
“In this winter, far from the crush of the big temples of consumption, Mademoiselle Maurice offers a point of view on a parallel world of a galaxy that would be distant, but not so far away …
Depopulated landscape … There do not seem to be any humans or living beings. Only empty houses … All is ideas and concepts. Without top or bottom. Sacred geometries. Sensations. Flights. As in levitation …
In a space of voids yet inhabited by structural forms, sometimes full, often colored, just passing.
Humans have disappeared. All living things have become pictorial, as “just” spiritual forms. A mixture of order and chaos but where everything is connected, everything communicates. Each element has its place, neither definitive nor just passing.
All as an abstract poetry.
Silence. Exchange. Regard. Minimalism of forms. Purity. Sensitivity. To appear does not count. Money no more. The power even less. Everything is balance and seems to be harmony.
A peaceful set, to escape, to perhaps rethink the true values that neither buy nor materialize.
They do not cost anything. Beauty is free. Love too. Happiness just as much.
Openings and games of glances on a world of lights and suspensions that seems to want to join our materialistic world, sometimes bad, sometimes hypocritical, too often sad … by colonizing it progressively … ”
